I am a qualified landscape designer, horticulturist and passionate home gardener of more than 25 years.  Sydney born and bred, I know what plants work and don’t work in our Sydney climate and city gardens.

I see gardens as places to escape our busy lives. Whether it be a backyard, courtyard or balcony, I will create a garden oasis in any space. It is just about choosing the right plants and combination of plants suited to your location and tastes.

There is much evidence to show how gardens can contribute to personal health and wellbeing – whether it is to simply look out on, relax in, or get active whilst doing some gardening jobs.

But not everyone will love gardening as much as I do. I know that some might want a garden, but don’t have the time or energy to create or look after one. 

Others may already have a garden but it needs rejuvenating and they don’t know where to start. While some may just want a low maintenance garden that will require little attention.

I do know that everyone can benefit from a healthy, attractive garden, but perhaps without the high-end designer price tag attached to it.

That’s where Little Green Thumb will help. With sound horticultural advice, fresh design ideas and direction, and a helping hand, I will create an affordable garden oasis for you to escape or enjoy with others.
